Sideboard
North American Hard Maple

Finished with a natural hard-wax oil.
The client came to us with inspiration photos for this sideboard & dining table combination but wanted both generous proportions and capable interiors.
We re-worked the design and refined the visual and structural details of this mid-century modern exterior and adapted it to modern needs with heavy duty, soft-close Blum runners.
The design refinements maximized internal space in both the drawers and cabinets while keeping the overall size to the client-specified dimensions.
Made with a combination of solid wood and veneered plywood the precise detailing includes integrated drawer pulls, custom bevelled edge-banding, and crisp mitered edges.
All these details in clean North American Hard Maple result in a beautiful yet capable one-of-kind piece of furniture.
Coffee Table
Teak

Finished with a natural hard-wax oil.
For this dining table & coffee table combination we first guided the client through the wood selection process. Once we had settled on teak with its warm golden-brown tones and distinctive grain, we started on refining the details of the designs.
A subtly rounded edge keeps the profile of the top light without compromising strength. The gently angled legs and crosspiece stretcher are cut from solid stock, joined for rigidity and long-term stability.
The natural richness of teak that deepens with age was finished with a hardwax oil, resulting in two beautiful pieces that will not only be a pleasure to use but will stand the test of time.
Dining Table

Built to be part of a dining table & sideboard set, this hard wood and veneered plyboard piece has clean lines to match the light look of the chosen wood.
Prototyping of some of the key details eased decision-making and informed the refinements that were made along the way.
Every curve and taper was carefully considered, resulting in a piece that looks light and balanced — yet substantial.
